Terms of use
This text is a working draft written for the initial launch. It must be reviewed by a lawyer before the service opens, particularly against the revised Federal Act on Data Protection.
What we do
Natare runs a job board and a register of aquatic professionals, plus a course calendar. Operators post roles here and professionals file a profile. Any working relationship is formed directly between them; we take no part in hiring.
What we verify, and what that means
When a professional files their brevets we check them against the documents and record their expiry dates. That verification covers the documents presented on a given date. It does not relieve the operator of its own checking and safety obligations.
Our pricing
Posting a listing and the visibility options are paid for in advance at the prices shown. Creating a profile, applying and using the calendar remain free for professionals.
What we don’t guarantee
We distribute listings and host profiles; we guarantee neither applications, nor hiring, nor the accuracy of what operators and professionals publish.
Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers or employees.
